In this role, you will conduct outbound research calls as part of scheduled survey projects.Make outbound telephone calls to potential respondentsRead survey questions verbatim, exactly as writtenAsk questions clearly and professionallyAccurately record responses, including both multiple-choice and open-ended responsesFollow project-specific calling protocols and quality standardsSkill RequirementsStrong listening and speaking skillsAbility to read text exactly as writtenComfort conducting phone conversations for extended periodsBasic computer proficiency (keyboard, mouse, and web-based systems)Ability to remain focused and productive while seated for extended periodsReliability and the ability to adhere to an agreed-upon work scheduleMust live in TexasPreferred Experience & Qualifications(Not required, but candidates who meet one or more of the following are strongly preferred)Prior experience conducting telephone surveys or polling interviewsAt least one year of experience in polling, interviewing, or similar research rolesFamiliarity with Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systemsPrevious experience using Voxco or similar survey platformsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExperience using UKG or a comparable time-tracking systemBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, and writing)Schedule & AvailabilityCommitment: Approximately 20 hours per weekOperating hours:Monday–Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ESTSunday: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ESTPreferred availability:Weekdays between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. ESTSunday hours are optional and offered based on project needsSchedules are assigned based on business needs and interviewer availability.Hourly pay: $12.00 per hourHours: Evening and weekend hours availableWeekly commitment: Typically 12–30 hours per week, based on availability and business needsWhy Work With Us?We offer a supportive, remote work environment with flexibility, growth opportunities, and meaningful projects.
