Transform the everyday with us!

In this role you will work remotely from a home office.

We are looking for a PMO Lead, Industrial Project Execution. You will lead the Project Management Office and a team of Project Managers across industrial project delivery. You will provide people leadership, execution governance, project performance transparency, and consistent project management discipline across the portfolio to improve predictability, strengthen capability, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers and the business.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Leading the Project Management Office team and providing direct leadership, coaching, development, and accountability for Project Managers.
  • Establishing project governance, operating rhythms, decision routines, and transparent portfolio reporting to support timely decisions and escalation.
  • Driving disciplined project execution through Siemens project management standards, execution readiness, project reviews, risk and issue management, change and claim management, schedule and cost control, and quality gates.
  • Ensuring Project Managers have clear ownership, effective tools, defined escalation paths, and the support needed to deliver projects predictably and profitably.
  • Creating strong interlocks with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Quality, Services, partners, and global and zone stakeholders to support project execution and lifecycle-services conversion.
  • Improving bid-to-project handover quality through early Project Manager involvement, delivery feasibility input, clear execution assumptions, and stronger kickoff readiness.
  • Driving lifecycle-services integration in project execution by enabling Project Managers to grow service attachment, uncover service opportunities, and capture installed-base insights.
  • Connecting project closeout with customer adoption, lifecycle support, spare parts, service agreements, modernization opportunities, and long-term customer value to improve service attachment.
  • Creating transparency into project status, financial performance, resource needs, risks, escalations, and recovery actions across the portfolio.
  • Driving continuous improvement of project management practices, Project Manager capability, lessons learned, execution standards, and portfolio performance.
  • Improving schedule, cost, quality, customer commitment, risk, claim, and change performance to create more predictable project outcomes.
  • Building customer confidence through transparent communication, disciplined issue resolution, and consistent delivery against commitments.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing Project Managers in complex industrial or technical project environments.
  • Experience leading a Project Management Office or establishing project reviews, operating rhythms, portfolio transparency, issue escalation, risk governance, and disciplined delivery practices.
  • Track record managing project scope, schedules, cost, quality, risk, claims, changes, customer commitments, and delivery escalations.
  • Ability to create clear portfolio-level visibility into project status, financial performance, resource needs, risks, escalations, and recovery actions.
  • Business acumen across margin, cash flow, scope control, risk mitigation, contractual commitments, and project financial health.
  • Experience supporting Sales and bid teams with delivery feasibility input, Project Manager involvement, execution assumptions, and clean handover into project execution.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting project recovery through fact-based assessment, recovery planning, stakeholder alignment, escalation, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship (current Siemens employees holding a visa will be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to align Sales, Engineering, Services, Finance, Legal, Quality, partners, and global and zone teams around project execution priorities.
  • Ability to guide Project Managers in identifying lifecycle-services potential, increasing service attachment, documenting installed-base opportunities, and completing structured handovers to Services.
  • Experience in industrial automation, process automation, discrete automation, lifecycle services, or systems business.
  • Experience leading Project Managers across complex, multi-year customer projects.
  • Experience improving project recovery, claim and change performance, delivery governance, portfolio transparency, or execution predictability.
  • Experience improving lifecycle-services attachment, installed-base transparency, service handover quality, customer adoption, or post-project value capture.
  • Experience with Siemens project management methodology, business steering, resource planning, project reviews, quality gates, and execution transformation.
  • Demonstrated success improving Project Manager capability, customer confidence, project business performance, or portfolio outcomes.
